Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy for non-personalised items, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and rectify it promptly.
**Exceptions / Non-returnable Items**
Our return policy differs for personalised products compared to standard items. As these products are customised specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a printing defect or an error on our part.
However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you receive a personalised item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue, whether through a replacement or a refund.
To ensure that your personalised product meets your expectations, we recommend double-checking all details before placing your order. This includes names, dates, and any other customisations.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to obtain what you desire is to return the item you currently possess; once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above conditions, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated previously, your item must be in the same condition as when it was received: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
If more than 15 business days have elapsed since we approved your return and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us.
